Site introduction service for retained clients only.
We provide details of development opportunities on a retained client basis, whereby in the event of a successful purchase of any of these sites, it is agreed that the client pays to MSA an acquisition fee of 2%. Fees are payable upon exchange of contract unless otherwise agreed in writing by MSA.
